## Discrepancy

FOUND RUSTY TUBE ASSEMBLY (RUDDER TORQUE).  WHEN REMOVED FROM TAIL, TOP OF TUBE ASSY WAS ALSO RUSTY.  HIDDEN CORROSION THAT COULD NOT BE SEEN DURING INSPECTION.
