THIS IS A FOLLOW-UP REPORT FROM THE PT BLADE FAILURE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF 58DD.  THE ENGINE MODULE HAS BEEN CHANGED AND THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO SERVICE.
