## Discrepancy

DURING SCHEUDLED REMOVAL PROCESS OF THIS PART, IT WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE.  AIRCRAFT WAS SCHEDULED FOR FIRE EXTINGUISHER CARTRIDGE TIME REPLACEMENT.  THIS FACILITY DISCHARES ALL FIRE EXTINGUISHER CHARGES PRIOR TO DISPOSAL.
