CABIN FLOOR SUPPORT INTERCOSTAL WEB HAS APPROXIMATELY .25 INCH CRACK AT FORWARD END JUST AFT OF BS 400 AT BL ZERO.  FOUND DURING C-MAINTENANCE CHECK.  SUBMITTER SUGGESTED AREA EXPOSED TO HEAVY LOADS, STRESS.
