## Discrepancy

RIGHT WING J-BEAM HAS APPROXIMATELY .3750 INCH CRACK ABOVE NR 8 SPOILER ACTUATOR.  FOUND DURING SCHEDULED C-MAINTENANCE CHECK.  SUBMITTER STATED DESIGN FLAW OR WING FLEX CAUSE OF CRACK.
