## Discrepancy

A NEW TIRE WITH 151 CYCLES INSTALLED ON 9-13-99.  DURING INSPECTION, FOUND TIRE TREAD SPLIT AND SEPARATED THE SAME DIRECTION AS TIRE GROOVES.
