AIRCAFT IN FOR INSPECTION.  FOUND BLEED AIR TUBE CRACKED AT WELD FOR MOUNT FLANGE TO ENGINE.  SUBMITTER STATED THIS IS 4TH CONSECUTIVE AIRCRAFT IN FOR INSPECTION THAT ONE OR TWO WERE CRACKED.
