## Discrepancy

NEW GALLEY DRAIN, PN 105881, WAS INSTALLED.  WHEN ELECTRICAL POWER WAS APPLIED, THE HEATER/DRAIN BURNED OUT.  IT SEEMS THE HEATER WAS SHORTED OUT INTERNALLY.
