## Discrepancy

DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION, THE FLAP CABLE WAS FOUND FRAYED AROUND TORQUE TUBE.  THIS COULD NOT BE EASILY SEEN UNTIL FLAPS WERE LOWERED AND CABLE CLEANED.
