MSY/IND - FLT 708 - NR 3 ENGINE FIRE DETECTION GROUND FAULT LIGHT IS ILLUMINATED.  (DEFERRED IN IND, CLEARED IN EWR).  FOUND FIRE LOOP RESTING ON LOWER ENGINE COWLING.  RE-POSITIONED FIRE LOOP.
