RIGHT FUSELAGE SKIN AT STA 294 JUST ABOVE AND FORWARD OF NOSE JACK PAD, AREA DISHED AND DENTED.  FOUND DURING SCHEDULED CPCP INSPECTION.  INTERIOR AREA EXPOSED TO LAVATORY LEAKS.
