## Discrepancy

THE RIGHT ENGINE DID NOT DEVELOP FULL POWER FOR TAKEOFF.  INSPECTED ENGINE AND CONTROLLER AND WASTEGATE.  LUBED WASTEGATE VALVE SHAFT.  GROUND RUN-UP CHECKED GOOD.  NO OCCURRENCE SINCE THEN.
