## Discrepancy

CREW DOOR MISALIGNED WHEN PILOT ATTEMPTED TO SECURE.  INSPECTION REVEALED FORWARD HINGE CRACKED AT HINGE PIN REGION.  HINGE HALF WAS REPLACED WITH SERVICEABLE HINGE HALF.  AN INFORMAL INSPECTION OF ALL COMPANY AIRCRAFT RESULTED IN NO OTHER DISCREPANCIES.
