THE LOCKING GROOVE IN DIP STICK IS IN WRONG LOCATION PREVENTING LOCKING RING ON TUBE FROM LOCKING DIP STICK IN TUBE PROPERLY.  DIP STICK MIGHT BLOW OUT CREATING OIL LEAK.
