## Discrepancy

ON DESCENT, RIGHT ENGINE BEGAN TO SURGE WITH POWER LEVER MOVEMENTS.  SHUT DOWN ENGINE FOR PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES AND LANDED ON ONE ENGINE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED BLEED VALVE.  OPS CHECK OK.
