DURING A ROUTINE BORESCOPE INSPECTION, FOUND THE NR 3 ENGINE HIGH PRESSURE COMPRESSOR BLADES DAMAGED BEYOND THE MM LIMITS.  REMOVED AND REPLACED ENGINE IAW MAINTENANCE MANUAL 71-00-00 AND FORM 7104A.
