## Discrepancy

ENGINE UNRESPONSIVE TO THROTTLE MOVEMENT.  TROUBLESHOT FADEC FAULT 'TE' (ENGINE SPEED LIMITED AT IDLE WHEN INTRANSIT DISCRETE).  FADEC 'SEES' THRUST REVERSER INTRANSIT, HOLDS ENGINE AT IDLE.  FOUND ELECTRONIC ENGINE CONTROL AT FAULT.  REPLACED EEC.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
