## Discrepancy

THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED DURING TAXI FOR TAKEOFF THE INNER DE-ICE BOOTS WOULD NOT DEFLATE.  TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND THE DEICE TIMER P/N 959.89.01.014 S/N U1561 TO BE DEFECTIVE.
