CREW REPORTED STAB PITCH TRIM FAILS IN FLIGHT.  TROUBLESHOOTING INDENTIFIED THAT THE STAB TRIM ACTUATOR DEFECTIVE.  REMOVED ACTUATOR.  INSTALLED REPAIRED ACTUATOR.  FUNCTIONAL CHECKED SATISFACTORY.
