## Discrepancy

THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE FWD EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE.  TROUBLESHOOTING IDENTIFIED THE FWD EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK AS DEFECTIVE.  THE DEFECTIVE PACK WAS REMOVED PN 9913-1, SN 1486 & AN OVERHAULED UNIT WAS INSTALLED.
