## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED THAT THE CO-PILOTS O2 MASK DONNING BUTTON WOULD NOT WORK.  FOUND CREW O2 MASK TO BE DEFECTIVE PN 174262-12, SN 01384.  AN OVERHAULED CREW MASK WAS INSTALLED.
