## Discrepancy

THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE RIGHT B SCREEN WOULD NOT HEAT IN FLIGHT.  TROUBLESHOOTING DISCOVERED THE RT B PANEL WINDSCREEN DEFECTIVE.  THE DEFECTIVE WINDSCREEN WAS REMOVED & NEW WINDSCREEN WAS INSTALLED. LEAK & FUNCTIONAL CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME.
