FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE PILOTS SIDE WINDSCREEN DELAMINATING. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR REMOVED THE WINDSCREEN AND INSTALLED NEW. OPERATIONS CHECKS OK, AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
