SHUT OFF FUEL VLV, ALERT DISAPPEARED.  DISCHARGED FIRE BOTTLE & DIVERTED FLIGHT.  DISCOVERED BLOWN DUCT FROM HIGH PRESSURE TURBINE COOLING SYS.
