## Discrepancy

DURING HEAVY MAINTENANCE LH OUTER WING UPPER REAR SPAR HAS CORROSION @ APPROX (XORS-694).  AFTER FURTHER EVALUATION BOEING CERTIFIED THE BLENDED AREA AS A PERMANENT REPAIR AND BEEN ACCOMPLISHED WITH ALL THE REQUESTED PROVISIONS AT LH OUTER WING UPPER REAR SPAR AT APPROX XORS-694 IAW MD-11 BOEING MESSAGE: WGN-WGN-25-0035-01C/03C.  THE AIRCRAFT WA APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
