## Discrepancy

NR 2 ENGINE WENT SUB-IDLE ON APPROACH, HUNG AT 39-40 PERCENT NR 2 AND WOULD NOT ACCELERATE.  CREW SHUT DOWN ENGINE.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED FUEL CONTROL.
