UNABLE TO OPEN SERVICE DOOR FROM OUTSIDE.  CLEANED AND LUBED SERVICE DOOR OUTER HANDLE.  REMOVED DEBRIS FROM SERVICE DOOR OUTER HANDLE OUTER LATCH.  OPS CHECK GOOD IAW AMM 52-40-0.
