YOKE STUCK ONCE, AUTOPILOT DISCONNECT FOR TWO SECONDS. CAPTAIN PUT AFT FORCE TO FREE YOKE. OCCURRED ON APPROACH WHILE AUTOPILOT IN DESCENT MODE. REMOVED AND REPLACED ELEVATOR SERVO ACTUATOR IAW AMM 22-11, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
