WITH POWER GREATER THAN 85 PERCENT N2 UNABLE TO CLEAR MESSAGE BY INCREASING POWER, GREEN A-ICE ON MSG WAS INTERMITTENT.  DIVERTED DUE TO ICING CONDITIONS.
