AIRCRAFT AIR RETURNED TO KORD FOR MX.  REVERSER WAS DE-ACTIVATED AND PLACED ON MEL.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  R&R LT TR PDU IAW AMM 78-31.  OPS CHECK GOOD, REMOVED PLACARD REMOVED FROM MEL.
