EN ROUTE TO SAV, THE FLIGHT EXPERIENCED A RH WINDSHEILD HEAT CAUTION MESSAGE. AFTER FOLLOWING THE QRH, THE MESSAGE PERSISTED. THE FLIGHT COULD NOT CONTINUE TO SAV DUE TO ICING CONDITIONS, DIVERTED TO DAY FOR REPAIR.
