PERFORMED UT THICKNESS MEASUREMENT ON BLENDED AREA OF PRESSURE SILL ANGLE AT FS 499 TO FS 501, RBL 42, ORIGINAL THICKNESS 0.080" BLENDED  THICKNESS .074", REF REO 601R-53-41-666 REV-C DATED: 2012-11-06 AND CRJ 200 NDTM PART 4 REV 41 51-00-001.  UT THICKNESS GAUGE S/N 151136107 CAL DUE: 09/16/21.
