AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT FLAP BPSU, PER AMM 27-51-10.  OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD.  REMOVED FROM MEL.  REMOVED PLACARD.
