PLACARDED AND PLACED ON MEL.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  T/S RT BPSU FOUND TO BE BAD.  R & R RT BPSU, IAW AMM 27-51-10.  OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD.  REM PLACARD REMOVED FROM MEL
