AFTER TAKEOFF  RECVD GEAR DISAGREE & NLG DOOR WARN MESSAGE, C/W QRH MSG CLEARED WHEN GEAR SELECTED DOWN. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED,  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED NLG ASSY IAW AWAC SUP 12-072. ALL OPS CHECK NORMAL.
