MESSAGE DID NOT CLEAR. DIVERTED TO MCI.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RH TEMP STAGE SOV IAW AWA SUP 19-036 OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
