REPAIR INCLUDED BLENDING OF MINOR CORROSION, CUT AWAY OF CORROSION  THAT WAS BEYOND LIMITS, HFEC OF REQUIRED AREAS, REPLACEMENT OF CUT OUT AREAS, AND  REINFORCEMENT OF DAMAGED AREAS, APPLICATION OF SURFACE TREATMENT, SEALANT, AND PAINT AS  REQUIRED. ALL WORK PER MHI REO 601R-53-61-8459 IR, AND APPLICABLE SRM AND NDTM  MANUALS REFERENCED IN REO.
