AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE  IAW W/O 347359. FLAP FAIL INTEROGATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING. R & R FLAP CONTROL LEVER IAW AMM 27-51-01. CHECKS GOOD.  REMOVED  PLACARD AND MEL.
