RECEIVED GEAR DISAGREE WARNING MSG AFTER T/OFF CLIMBING THRU 5000'. MSG CLEARED AFTER A COUPLE SECONDS. GEAR WAS ALREADY UP/LOCKED WHEN MSG CAME ON. GEAR AND FLAP INDICATORS CAME ON BRIEFLY FOR APPROX 5 MINS AFTER GEAR DISAGREE MSG WARNING MSG MESSAGE. RECEIVED NO OTHER ASSOCIATED MSG'S. ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  PERFORMED GVI OF GEAR, NO DISCREPANCIES FOUND.  C/W M ACTION OF MEL 32-30-01, GEAR PINS INSTALLED FLAGS REMOVED. PERFORMED BITE CHECK OF   PSEU IAW AMM 32-61-01. RECORDED FAULT CODE S21SHORT. REF 366179-4 AND 366180-1 FOR MEL'S.   COLTON LOBITZ A/P 3849387  R&R PROX SENSOR PS1GA IAW AMM 32-61-05. OPS CHECK GOOD. PLACARD REMOVED. THIS CLEARS MEL
