## Discrepancy

INTERMITTENT SMELL OF HOT WIRING BETWEEN ROWS 8-12 ON THE GRD.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.   R & R LIGHT BALLAST AT ROW 10AB IAW AMM 33-21-04 AND UNUSUAL ODOR.  OPS CHKD GOOD.
