IN FLT A/P DISENGAGED, YAW 1 INOPERATIVE, ALT , VERT SPEED AND IAS INOP/FLAGGED, C/W QRH FLAGS CLEARED( SWITCHED TO #2 ADC), ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.   REF W/O 348209 W/C NUMBER 9 FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF ADC1 AND W/C #8 FOR REPLACEMENT OF AIR DATA REFERENCE PANEL. OPS CHECKS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.  REF MTCM 000-34-220-120.
