ON T/O, RADAR ALTIMETER MALFUNCTIONED READING 1000FT WHILE A/C WAS CLIMBING 2200 AGL RECEIVED TERRAIN GPWS AURAL ON APPROACH TO AEX RAD ALT ( CONT BLOCK 3) WAS INTERMITTENTLY BOUNCING FROM TRUE ALT TO ERRONEOUS READINGS ABOUT 800 AGL NO GPWS AURAL'S   AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REF MAINTENANCE WO 341462 FOR TROUBLESHOOTING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD RADIO ALTIMETER ANTENNA IAW AMM SUP 07-034H.  OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
