WHILE CLIMBING RECEIVED GEAR DISAGREE WARNING FOR APOX 10 SECONDS. NOSE GEAR DID NOT DISPLAY STATUS. OCCURRED WHEN GEAR WAS ALREADY RETRACTED.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  R & R NLG HARNESS DOWNLOCK NR1 IAW 32-61. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
