AFTER TAKEOFF, NOSE GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. AFTER LANDING FOUND NOSE STRUT FULLY COMPRESSED.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  SERVICED NLG SHOCK STRUT REFR MCTM 000.12-710-003 AND PERFORMED NLG EXTENSION AND RETRACTION TEST IAW AMM 32-33-00. OPS CHECK GOOD
