SJU - FLT 495 - EN ROUTE MIA-SJU, DETECTED ELECTRICAL SMOKE IN COCKPIT. TURNED OFF COCKPIT LIGHTS.  SMOKE CEASED.  RETURNED SJU AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.  REPLACED VOR PANEL.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.  (M)
