COPILOTS VOR HAS OFF FLAG NEEDLE DOES NOT POINT TO STATION NO COURSE ON CDI.  DME WORKS ONLY WITHIN 25 MILES OR LESS FROM STATIONS.  RIGHT VOR RECEIVER BITE TEST CARRIED OUT, NO FAULTS SHOWN TEST PASS OK.  (M)
