KEF - LEFT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM DECREASED TO .73 WITH THE RF SYMBOL DISPLAYED ON DESCENT QUANTITY INCREASED TO .76.  REMOVED AND REPLACED CENTER RUDDER PCA LEAK COMING FROM THERE.  AFTER REPLACEMENT OP AND LEAK CHECK OK.  OK FOR SERVICE.  (M)
