## Discrepancy

DURING SLIDE RAFT DEPLOYMENT TEST LEFT 4 DOOR FAILED TO FULLY OPEN.  REPLACED EMERGENCY OPERATION CYLINDER.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
