## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF NUMBER ONE ENGINE COMPRESSOR STALLED.  RETUNED TO JFK AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED NUMBER 1 ENGINE.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
