## Discrepancy

ORD - UNABLE TO RAISE LANDING GEAR AFTER TAKEOFF.  NOSE WHEEL STEERING INDEX CENTERED BUT NOSE WHEEL WOULD NOT TURN.  RETURNED TO ORD AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR STRUT PISTON.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
